These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Florida for the resolution of any disputes.

12. As of December 1st, 2023, Bryntesen Engineering PLLC entered an agreement with Bryntesen and Associates, LLC. All works and references shown herein, as of the aforementioned date, or prior, were completed by Bryntesen and Associates, LLC.
